What You'll Do

  • Close Deals: Personally manage and close enterprise deals ($50K-$250K ACV)
  • Build the Team: Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent
  • Coach & Develop: Train AEs on our sales methodology and help them exceed quota
  • Design Playbooks: Create repeatable sales processes that accelerate deal velocity
  • Optimize Operations: Implement tools and processes to increase efficiency
  • Forecast Accurately: Maintain pipeline visibility and hit quarterly targets
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with marketing, product, and CS to optimize the entire funnel
  • Own Metrics: Track and improve win rate, sales cycle, and average deal size
